The hydrogen and oxygen cutting machine is composed of electrolysis power supply, electrolyzer, circulation system, heat dissipation system, water gas separation system, washing system, anti tempering system, control system, cutting gun and so on.

The electrolysis power can rectifying the alternating current (380V or 220V) into direct current, applied to both ends of the electrolyzer, and the electrolyte (25% of potassium hydroxide solution or 30% sodium hydroxide solution) in the electrolyzer is subjected to direct current electric action, an electrochemical reaction occurs, hydrogen is produced at the cathode and oxygen gas is produced at the anode. The electrolyte and the hydrogen oxygen produced in the electrolyzer are forced to flow to the heat dissipation system to reduce the temperature, then the electrolyte and the hydrogen oxygen are separated by the water vapor separation system, and the electrolyte after the cooling is pumped back to the electrolyzer again by the magnetic pump. The hydrogen oxygen is once again entered into the washing system to wash away the trace of the alkaline solution, then cooling and drying again. After the anti tempering system is exported to the hydrogen oxygen cutting gun, the ignition can be used.

The control system is generally used to control the electrolysis current, pressure control automatic switch, over current, overvoltage, overtemperature and other control functions, as well as the measurement and display of various parameters.
