Through our investigation of the utilization of waste heat in the kiln currently used in the industry, various factors still affect the residual heat of the kiln which has not been fully utilized.

 

First, in terms of production, some enterprises' surplus heat from the cooling zone in the kiln furnace and the exhaust heat to supply the drying kiln are redundant. The excess part only adopts the method of emptying to the sky;

 

Secondly, with respect to equipment, some companies have too short a furnace and inappropriately increase their output, resulting in a brick temperature above 200 °C, causing a waste of cooling waste heat;

 

Third, in terms of operations, some enterprises have increased their production and desperately increased their burning capacity at the expense of increasing the smoke discharge to solve the positive pressure in the kiln, resulting in a significant increase in the loss of smoke.

 

Fourth, with regard to consciousness, there is still room for some companies to have production value and cost. They do not care about fuel costs and do not consciously save energy.
