Hydrogen oxygen cutting machine generally consists of electrolytic power supply, electrolyzer, circulation system, cooling system, water and gas separation system, washing system, anti-tempering system, control system, cutting gun and other components.


The electrolytic power source rectifies the alternating current (380V or 220V) into direct current and applies it to both ends of the electrolytic cell. The electrolytic solution (25% potassium hydroxide solution or 30% sodium hydroxide solution) in the electrolytic cell is subjected to direct current and electrochemical reaction occurs. Hydrogen is produced at the cathode and oxygen is produced at the anode. The electrolyte in the electrolytic cell and the generated hydrogen and oxygen are forced by the magnetic circulation pump to flow to the heat dissipation system to lower the temperature. The water and gas separation system separates the electrolyte from the hydrogen and oxygen. The cooled electrolyte is pumped back to the electrolytic cell again by the magnetic pump. Conduct electrolysis. The hydrogen-oxygen gas enters the washing system again to wash away the entrained traces of alkali liquor, and then is cooled and dried again. The anti-tempered system outputs the hydrogen-oxygen torch and can be used immediately after ignition.

 

The control system is generally used to control the electrolytic current, pressure control automatic switch and over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and other control functions as well as measurement display of various parameters.
